What to include

• If it's a bug: the browser you're using, what you did, and what went wrong.
• If it's about a specific image: the format (e.g. HEIC, PNG) and what you were trying to do.
• If it's a feature request: as much detail about what you'd find useful as possible.

A note on your files

Because the tool runs entirely in your browser, we never receive, see, or store the images you process - so if you're reporting a problem, please don't email us your private photos. A description or a screenshot of the issue is all we need.
